Frequently Asked Questions

Does ShipSimoon handle returns?

Yes, ShipSimoon handles customer returns. Each returned order requires a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) to be created through your ShipSimoon account management portal either manually or automatically through a 3rd Party integrated returns service such as Loop or Returnly. ShipSimoon provides a demo on this step during the onboarding process. Upon receiving the returned items, ShipSimoon will process the return and either restock or dispose per your return standards.

Does ShipSimoon offer International Shipping?

Of course! ShipSimoon offers both DDU & DDP options at standard and expedited speeds so you can quickly ship your awesome products around the world with no hassle.

Does ShipSimoon provide boxes and packing supplies?

ShipSimoon can source a variety of packaging options for you including dunnage, corrugated boxes, poly mailers, and bubble mailers of various size. Packing supplies such as tape and shipping labels are provided free of charge.

Does ShipsSimoon allow customer to use their own custom branded boxes?

Absolutely! ShipSimoon allows customers to use their own custom boxes and packing materials. This eliminates packaging fees for your orders. Custom packaging and packing materials would be be assigned their own SKU and be included in ShipSimoon’s monthly storage fee.

What does ShipSimoon charge for storage?

ShipSimoon does not charge a standard storage fee each month, but rather charges customers on remaining inventory stored at the end of the month. If a customer has no inventory remaining at the end of the month, the storage fee would be $0.

Which shipping carriers does ShipSimoon use?

ShipSimoon has negotiated domestic and international shipping rates with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Passport. ShipSimoon’s best-in-class software compares real-time negotiated carrier rates against one another, allowing customers to take advantage of the most cost-effective shipping rate for each order.
